A local landmark at the centre of Westbourne Grove, this former unloved gallery space has been transformed into a popular new restaurant. Based over the ground and first floor, the corner plot is structurally wrapped into a more modern development, beyond mixing heritage and modern construction across the property.

A multi-story building with detailed architecture at night, illuminated windows, a weathervane on top, and a street scene with streaks of car lights and pedestrians below.
Nighttime view of a modern restaurant with red interior lighting, large glass windows, and a red bar counter with stools, with a blurred vehicle passing by on the street outside.

The Grade II listed building was carefully assessed for its new use and careful micro-modifications made. By assessing the building and being able to make multiple small modifications, the overall usability and efficiency of the space for the staff as well as the client experience were maximised with minimal physical and economic outlay.
